Soon I’ll be back in Brooklyn. Not for long, in six weeks I will be headed towards Vienna where I will be staying for three months. It’s been an interesting trip. I haven’t shot a tremendous amount but I do feel like I’ve gotten some quality work done. More importantly I feel as though I’ve made some important connections and laid the groundwork for some future projects here in Estonia.
I’ve done a lot of looking and watching on this trip and a lot less image making. For me it has been very healthy and I certainly hope the images I have come away with are more than just snapshots but communicate some kind of understanding about this interesting place and its people.
